Delivery Policy

Introduction

This policy sets out our delivery times, the countries we serve and our shipping charges.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to eight European countries: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal. We do not deliver outside these eight countries.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point is free from €39 of purchases in the eight countries served; below that amount it costs €4.90.

Home delivery is offered in Belgium and France for €9.90, whatever the basket amount.

Charges are always shown before payment.

Delivery Times

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.

Delivery in Belgium

You receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.

France, the Netherlands and other countries served

You receive your order within 2 to 5 working days in France, and within 3 to 7 working days in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, letting you follow the progress of your delivery online.

Customs Duties

The eight countries we serve are all part of the European Union. No customs duty or import charge applies to your order.
