Return Period
At Jwahry, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a return period of 14 days following receipt of your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it for a full refund or an exchange.

Before being shipped, all our items undergo one last inspection to detect any anomaly or manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We ask you to exercise caution when inspecting the items, as any product damaged following improper use or showing signs of use cannot be returned. We accept exchanges with a price adjustment based on the value of the new desired item; in this case the customer must also pay the shipping costs for the new replacement item.é
