1. Delivery
Orders are shipped from Belgium after receipt of payment. Indicative timescales in working days, from dispatch:
- Belgium: 1 to 3 working days
- France: 2 to 5 working days; Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal: 3 to 7 working days

2. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Return conditions: items must be returned complete, unworn, in their original packaging, no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal, to the address provided by our customer service.
Return costs: return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged or does not match the order — in which case Jwahry bears the full cost.
Refund: Jwahry refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as the purchase. The refund may be deferred until the items are received or proof of their dispatch is provided.
Legal exceptions: in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (engraving, made-to-measure jewellery), nor to unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Legal guarantee of conformity
All items are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the item and, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.

4. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, iDEAL, Klarna or PayPal. Transactions are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers (Stripe, PayPal); Jwahry never has access to your card details, which do not pass through its servers.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, Belgian VAT included. The total amount due, with VAT and any charges itemised, is displayed before the order is finally confirmed. Jwahry reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is registered.
6. Ordering
The sale is concluded when the customer confirms the order and payment is accepted. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the address provided. Jwahry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason (previous payment dispute, abnormal order, unavailability).

9. Intellectual property
All elements of the website — texts, visuals, logo, graphic identity — are protected and remain the exclusive property of Jwahry. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Liège have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
11. Amendment of the terms
Jwahry may amend these terms at any time. The terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date it is confirmed.
